Spotlighting the LondonHouse Hotel and the new Norweta condos.
I’m back with another episode of “Financing the American Dream,” and today I’m spotlighting both the LondonHouse Hotel and the new Norweta condos.
First, the LondonHouse Hotel has the No. 2 rooftop experience in the U.S. right here in our city of Chicago. Joining me to discuss it is Homero Villareal, Director of food and beverage at LondonHouse. It’s the little things that have made them the No. 1 hotel in Chicago, according to Trip Advisor. One of the hotel’s mantras is “exceeding guest expectations,” and they do that with very personal and genuine interactions.
The rooftop speaks volumes all on its own—it’s breathtaking. They launched Rudolph’s Rooftop during the holidays, a Christmas-themed pop-up, and they did it with the same baseline they apply to everything else: a pleasing experience with a wow factor. Of course, they apply that to their food and beverages as well. On the roof in the wintertime, you can enjoy hot cocktails, a build-your-own hot chocolate bar, spiked hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and spiced mulled wine.
In the second-floor lobby bar, you can also enjoy a high tea service, and some of their cocktails are even tea-inspired. They change up these things seasonally but keep that elevated touch the clients want.
Next, Sam Kahn, senior broker associate of Luxury Living Chicago, joined me to talk about a new development of high-end condos. I asked Sam what makes him one of the leaders in Chicago real estate, and he said that it’s always being available for his clients and staying authentic. “My clients want to know about me, and that’s great, but I want to hear more about them and what they’re looking for so I can create a perfect transaction for their needs.”
Luxury Living Chicago’s new development, Norweta, is located in the famous Lincoln Park neighborhood and is currently about 90% sold. It’s a 32-unit condo building located where the Northwest Terracotta company used to be. These high-end condos compete with the single-family homes in the market. Norweta is an urban oasis with gardens, a “hammock farm” that’s a green outdoor area to relax in hammocks, an outdoor pool, fire pits, an on-site fitness center, and more. It’s boutique-style, so it feels like a community within itself.
If you have questions about Norweta or Luxury Living Chicago, reach out to Sam. If you ever have any questions about mortgage lending, call or email me. I would love to help you.
