Talking with Justin Pillion about how he can help aspiring agents improve.
Today I wanted to share another clip from my podcast, “Chicago Real Estate Secrets,” where I interviewed Justin Pillion, a fantastic agent. We talked a lot about his business and what he can offer agents on his team.
What can you offer potential team members to help them be successful?
I’ve worked hard to get where I am, and now that I have most of the things I want out of life, I feel like it’s my duty to give back to those who are working toward their goals. Because I learned the hard way, I can teach people what not to do and how to get to my level. I want to do more, of course, but I’m at a place where I can put my hand out and help others, too.
I have systems and processes in place that can help just about any agent. I enjoy being a mentor, and it makes me happy to see people succeed. I celebrate my friends’ wins.
Justin can provide mentorship, systems, and a great example to follow. Maybe you’re on a team or have a team yourself but know you could double what you’re doing with the right processes.
